You are entitled to commission down to 7 levels and no further: 20% on level 1; 5% on levels 2 to 4, detailed below, subject to qualification criteria.
Personal sales requirements to earn commission on any subscriptions in your group you are required to build personal sales in both draws equal to 2 active player members (one in each draw) one of which may be the Affiliates personal subscription as a player member.

About Maintaining Your Qualifications
To continue to receive commission at the level for which you have qualified, you must 'maintain' that qualification. Meaning, for example, if you have just personally sponsored your 30th Affiliate member and you are enjoying the 5% extra commission on level 7, to continue to receive that commission you must continue to have 30 personally-sponsored Affiliate members all paying their 4-weekly Subscriptions.
In practice, therefore, you must be prepared to replace any members who (inevitably) drop out of membership to make sure you don't fall below the qualification criteria.
About Business Cycles
Because lottery play occurs, and is paid for, week-by-week, it makes sense for administrative purposes not to divide the year up into twelve 'awkward' calendar months but into thirteen 4-week Business Cycles.
About 'Legs'
